Lady Saddler received Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior under the leadership of Pastor Gravely. She has served in many roles in the church and community over the years; church administration, Sunday School teacher and Evangelist to name a few. She is also the Sterile Central Supply Coordinator at Memorial Hospital West, where she has helped serve her community for over 20 years.

Lady Carlene Saddler has earned several certifications and licensure. Lady Carlene Saddler has been an advocate for women, students and youth in the South Florida Community. She has recruited, encouraged, inspired and mentored persons to reach their maximum potential.

She is the wife of Bishop Tony Saddler and the mother of five children. She also, is a proud grandmother of one granddaughter. Co-Pastor Saddler serves along side her husband, Bishop Saddler at Lily of the Valley Outreach Ministries.

She is excited about Jesus and is very in tune with what his will is for all of us: to reach the lost at any cost.

Co-Pastor Carlene Saddler a native of Kingston, Jamaica born to Mr. Lloyd Mattis and Ms. Gloria Mitchell. Lady Saddler is a woman of God and truly flows in the meaning of her name, "Carlene - Strong One." Her ministry focuses on empowering others, especially women.
